Profad Care Agency offers choice and control. Profad Care Agency offers a variety of care and support services, which can be delivered just for few hours a day or up to 24 hours 7 days a week. Our care and support is person centred with the user at the heart of the service.

Personal Care and Support Services, but not limited to:

• Support getting up, washed and dressed

● Support getting ready for bed

● Having a bath or shower

● Support with incontinence care

● Assistance with eating/drinking

● Providing medication prompts

● Support with grooming

Practical Care and Support Services, but not limited to:

• Supporting people to stay safe

● Shopping Services

● Collecting prescriptions or benefits

● Light housework

● Laundry and Ironing Services

● Support with making beds and linen

change

● Assisting with meal and drink preparation

Companionship  Services, but not limited to:

• Support getting up, washed and dressed

● Support getting ready for bed

● Having a bath or shower

● Support with incontinence care

● Assistance with eating/drinking

● Providing medication prompts

● Support with grooming
